VIDEO: Lakewood Police Officers Enjoy Soccer Game with Community Children

VIDEO: For a change it was ball – not a suspect they were chasing. Lakewood Police Captain Tom Langenberger and Patrol Officer Wendell Hunter made a local soccer game a whole lot more exciting for some children on Thursday while the officers waited for an event to begin.

Very nice and important, children should always know that for an emergency or suspicion they should approach a police officer.

Very nice sight to see! As #1 said, it is very important for children to feel that officers are approachable…..
