It’s time for the town to halt.Any new developments and start building infrastructure So it could hold so much new developments….
Interestingly the new development I live in had no flooding while the stretch of Rt 9 from 11th Street to 9th Street which hasn’t had any new construction in over 20 years was a lake!

Route 9 south of Central avenue should have 2 lanes going both directions just as it has North of the lake for the past 30 years
