It’s time for the town to halt.Any new developments and start building infrastructure So it could hold so much new developments….
Interestingly the new development I live in had no flooding while the stretch of Rt 9 from 11th Street to 9th Street which hasn’t had any new construction in over 20 years was a lake!

Route 9 south of Central avenue should have 2 lanes going both directions just as it has North of the lake for the past 30 years

The excuse of “they need the shoulder for ambulances is not correct, as has been proven by other cities countrywide
