Animal therapy absolutely works. I know several people who’ve children have benefited from it.
I’m not sure TLS would want me to post the name, but there is a very nice animal therapy ranch with several different types of animals in Howell owned and run by a frum yid. Depending where you live in Lakewood it can be as close as a 5 minute drive.

Why not post the name? If animal therapy works I’m sure many people could benefit.
Or is this another prejudice place that’s only for orthodox? By the comment above I have to wonder.
As other towns are laying off staff we are bringing in ponies. Animal therapy is awesome, but there is a fine line between a need and a want. Our schools may want this but do not necessarily need it. Dogs are actually better then ponies but not sure why some can not be around dogs. On a serious note, the money given by the state and out of our taxes should be going into the school facilities making sure our staff is being paid and our kids have the programs they need to go off to college and better themselves before we have ponies in the classroom.
