Romney himself stated he’s not going to run. So….
Actually, you’re wrong. Romney did not say he isn’t running. He said during his speech that “I’m not here to endorse anyone or to announce my candidacy.” He did not say he isn’t entering the race later on…this could get very exciting in fact.
