Hatzalah was on call for my family 5 times and transported family members for urgent emergency medical care 3 separate times in the last 20 years. That does not include the countless times I consulted with a local Hatzala member with a pertinent medical concern. Hatzala is synonymous with zerizus, kindness and empathy, efficiency, competence, and security. Let us be there for them so they can continue to be there for us.
