VIDEO: Fire Chief Rodney Youmans has completed his term and duties as Fire Chief, and will be handing over the reigns to incoming Fire Chief Todd Stark.
In this Exclusive video message, Fire Chief Rodney Youmans and incoming Fire Chief Todd Stark thanked the community for their continuous cooperation and support for the entire department, and look forward to a continued strong relationship with the community.
Incoming Chief Todd Stark, currently serving as the 1st Assistant Chief, thanked Chief Youmans for his dedication and leadership as he made his way from 2nd Assistant Chief, to 1st Assistant Chief and finally to Chief over the six year cycle.
Youmans, also a Police Officer in Lakewood, will continue serving the Lakewood Fire Department as he enters his 25th year of service to the community.
Current 2nd Assistant Chief Steve McNamara will serve for the next 2 years as 1st Assistant Chief, while the new 2nd Assistant Chief will be Michael J. Deliah Junior.
