VIDEO: Excavator Overturns after Falling Through Basement

VIDEO & PHOTOS: An excavator operator luckily escaped injury after the 48,000 pound machine he was operating overturned.

The operator was reportedly unaware that the home he was tearing down contained a basement, and only realized it once the machine collapsed through it.

The driver managed to climb out unharmed.
