VIDEO & PHOTOS: Downed pole and wires on fire causes power outage on Prospect Street in Lakewood; Over 1,800 without power

A downed pole and power lines on Prospect Street has knocked out power in the area.

The incident happened shortly after 12:00 PM.

Police have blocked off a portion of Prospect Street for the repairs.

JCP&L says over 1800 are without power. It’s expected to be restored by 3:00 PM.
