The Toms River Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the pictured individual in reference to theft seen in the attached video.
“Often suspects are recognized by factors other than an image of their face,” police said. “Pay attention to shoes, clothing and mannerisms as they may assist in identification.”

I was at the hospital recently, visiting a relative, and they made wear a mask, remove it for the camera, and put it back on.
Not complaining about it in the hospital, (they have unions to deal with) but in the general public it’s time to deny service if you won’t show your face.
