Excellent. The Rivash wrote in his Tzava’ah to his children, that they should not say kaddish for him on any day that they didn’t learn a blatt Gemara in his memory! The Yosef Ometz writes that learning Torah in the zechus of a loved one is 10X more powerful than kaddish!
