VIDEO: American Businessman Imprisoned In Bolivia Speaks From Hospital Bed

VIDEO: In a newly released 20 minute video, Jacob Ostreicher is seen for the first time discussing his case at length, from a Bolivian Hospital bed after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

The case, which made National headlines, has already resulted in the arrest of 7 Bolivian officials charged with extorstion in the American Businessman’s case.

Jacob, whose daughter lives here in Lakewood, is already sitting in a Bolivia prison for 18 months, and was never charged with a crime.

Congressman Chris Smith and a former FBI Agent have taken on the battle on Jacob’s behalf, fully believing the accused is completely clear of any crime.

Ostreicher says the corrupt Bolivian Govermant saw opportunity in his multi-million dollar rice business, and decided to cash in. TLS.
