VIDEO [Reader submitted of an officer and Hatzolah member turning over the vehicle] Police are searching the Ridge Avenue area after a vehicle overturned at the intersection of Gefen Street and Ridge Avenue and the – reportedly Hispanic – driver fled. Multiple Hatzolah members and police responded to the scene moments after the accident – approximately 11:30 p.m. – but by the time they arrived, the driver was gone.
A witness tells TLS, the driver was driving westbound on Ridge but then swerved into the oncoming eastbound lane before swerving out of the lane and flipping over.
An officer, Hatzolah member and other area resident turned the lightly damaged vehicle back upright. TLS-89.

the cops will track down the “owner” and will get the run around, “my friend took with out permission.He lives at abc street ” when cops get to given address, only to be told “no such person living here”. And the insurance company, if the the car has, will not pay for damage claiming that the car was stolen.
