Users: Phones with NetSpark are down

Users have alerted TLS that phones with the NetSpark filter, are not working.

Users say when turning on the phone, a message about registration being expired “blocks users from accessing anything on their phone including making phone calls, viewing emails and text messages. The only thing that works, is receiving phone calls.”

The company released the following statement.

“Dear customer, We experienced a technical issue, leading to you receiving a message that your subscription has expired. The issue is being resolved by our development team and we request that you not to remove NetSpark or try to renew your subscription. The message will automatically disappear once the issue is resolved. Thank You for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.”

Thanks for reporting this.
Do not know why Netspark didn’t email all users about this.
