22. Even if u can get your neighbors to park on one side of the street only, you will see a better job done. Two cars parked across from each other on both sides of the street is a problem trying to manuver a truck and plow. Once we clear the middle and side you have a clear spot to move your cars. During our mopp up after the storm we can clean the dug out side.
