What does BMG have to do with the supermarkets?
wondering=duuh,saving Jewish lives maybe????
Thank you Roger – your kind words are appreciated.
At this time it is people like you – who are positive and uplifting -who are our human angels, bringing encouragement and strength to each other.
May you always be able to do a force for good,
With kind appreciation,
Aaron
Isn’t bmg a Yeshiva/college???? Why are they putting out guidelines for the entire Lkwd community???
The guidelines that BMG are publishing are fully supported by the Lakewood Medical Community.
Dear Roger and Mordy,
We have the network and resources to help, and have directed those to community safety. That includes our producing over 100,000 meals and various other initiatives, including suppers, kitchen supplies, helping raise funds for the Latinx community and running public awareness drives.
It is vital that we step up, as the overwhelming majority of households in Lakewood are our students and alumni and they appreciate that we are there for them.
We thank the supermarket owners, who are all community minded Bnei Torah and who want to help keep us safe.
Wishing you and your family a safe and happy yomtov and only the best,
Aaron
Dear Aaron,
If you’d paid attention you’d have noticed I was defending BMG vs Mordy.
can the store hours be posted please
15 items in under 10 minutes for large families is totally impractical. What are they thinking here?
Note, the items are being placed at front of store.
Large family = 2 packs of fish, 2 packs of chicken, meat for chulent, beans barley, 5 challas (you can also use matza 😯 )
you should have some stuff left over from pesach, like spices or whatnot.
so far i have 12 items that seem to cover the “basics” for a large family… you disagree?
Why isn’t the Minyen letter on BMG letter head
what does icymi stand for
in case you missed it
BMG has proven to be much more than a yeshiva. They have proven to care for every member of our community (And outside our community). At a time of such chaos and uncertainty, Rabbi Aaron Kotler has come thru and provided important advice and creative solutions to help us thru pesach during such a dark time. We personally benefited tremendously from the pesach box. Any “rules” or advice given by bmg are life saving measures that cannot be ignored. Thank you Rabbi Kotler and BMG for being there for us.
Reb Ahron, thanks so much for the leadership and expertise. It is very much needed. BMG is still a huge focal point in town, your personal proven experience has been and will continue to be crucial and of course the daas Torah of the roshei hayeshiva.
Thanks again and may Hashem give you and the RYs the energy, strength and good health to continue
15 items??! Which state law mandates this?
Those who are negative will never appreciate. Those who are positive will understand and appreciate. Thank you BMG!
