Reader-submitted: I work in the Westgate Executive offices and pass the UPS drop off box every morning when I come into work and in the afternoon when I leave.
There used to be a driver that took the UPS packaged boxes that were placed around the drop off box, the afternoon driver does not (he won’t even take a box from when he makes a delivery in my office). Boxes are spoiled by the elements and they keep piling up.
I called some people whose boxes got shredded and opened, but there are some that are missing labels (they fell off in the rain over the weekend), so I brought them into the lobby of the Executive Offices, but I have no way of reaching out to the people who are trying to return items to Zara’s (seems to be the most popular).
Please do NOT use the UPS drop off box if your package does not fit in, and yes I have seen people take packages that are almost in out and put them on top of the drop off box to stick their packages in the drop off box, so if it’s not in all the way stay away.
I suggest if you left a package within the last 2 weeks, come back to the box and look, it might still be there.

So nice of you to let the Oilam know. Tizku L’mitzvos!
you should bring it to ups center and get tracking receipt.
I saw that pile this morning. I searched 4 a name on the damaged box… I hope the owner sees this. Anyway it always bothered me how people put their boxes in. They stuff a box that doesn’t fit and sometimes jam up the whole opening so no one else can put anything else in even if the whole mail box is empty because they’re box is stuck. People should really think of others. That’s all
Call or go online… UPS will pick up at your location.
Every staples store will accept ups boxes at no charge.
