  1. Call Chaim Medical or Somech Hotline before taking a high risk patient to a hospital (for COVID or any other high risk situation). Only some hospitals are successufl with COVID and are willing and able to use the latest and best COVID treatments. Many are just following the NIH — which uses remdisivir and other not very helpful approaches. Most hospitals are not allowing COVID transfers so you need to research before you go.
