UPDATE: The UEZ is Remapping Lakewood; Your Business Could be Eligible to be Included in the New UEZ Zone

The Lakewood UEZ, in conjunction with the Lakewood Development Corporation (LDC), and the Lakewood Community Services Corporation (LCSC), is currently engaged in remapping Lakewood’s Urban Enterprise Zone, commonly known as the UEZ.

Businesses in the UEZ are eligible for low-interest micro-loans, a reduced (3.5%) sales tax rate and other incentive programs.

To help us best serve as many of Lakewood’s local businesses as possible, all business owners are encouraged to promptly complete the following form at https://thelcsc.org/uezremap. This will enable us to make more informed decisions in the creation of the new UEZ map.

Please note: Completing the form DOES NOT GUARANTEE inclusion in the new UEZ.
