Update On Condition Of Hagaon Rav Shmuel Kamenetzky Shlita

In a statement, the Philadelphia Yeshiva said this afternoon that Hagoan Rav Shmuel Kamenetzky was moved to a rehabilitation center and his condition is continuing to improve.

“B’chasdei Hashem the Rosh Yeshiva is alert and communicating, and is continuing to improve. On Monday the Rosh HaYeshiva was moved to a rehab center where we are mispallel he will continue to improve.”

“The Rosh Yeshiva appreciates all the Teffilos and requests the Oilam to continue to be Mispallel for his complete Refuah,” the statement added.

The Rosh Yeshiva suffered a stroke shortly after attending the Levaya of the Stamford Rosh Yeshivah, Hagaon Rav Meir Hershkowitz ZT”L, in Lakewood last week.
