Update from Vaad Mishmeres Kohanim regarding Whitty Road in Toms River

In July, TLS reported about an issue for Kohanim traveling on Whitty Road in Toms River.

The Vaad Mishmeres Kohanim released the following to TLS.

“The Rabbanim of Vaad Mishmeres Kohanim confirm that it is permitted for Kohanim to travel on Whitty Rd in Toms river. There is room for one to be stringent and avoid that road.”
