With regards to the water usage restriction, New Jersey American Water sent out the following message today:

“Thank you for cooperating with our outdoor watering ban. Operating conditions in the local water system have stabilized and you may begin to water your lawn using sprinkler systems, while remaining on a mandatory schedule of odd/even watering until further notice. You will be advised when the mandatory odd/even watering advisory can be lifted. Thank you again for your cooperation.”
