UPDATE: Driver Killed After Crashing into Parked Truck in Jackson [PHOTO]

The man who crashed into a parked truck in Jackson yesterday has died, police tell TLS.

Police say the call came in approximately 6:27 AM, and took arrival found the driver heavily-entrapped in the vehicle. He was pronounced deceased on scene.

The man was 34 years old police say.

His name has not yet been released, but TLS has learned that the man worked for a local Frum business.

It’s important that trucks, dumpsters and similar parked in the roadway have much reflective material. Every car does, and of course, people should ear them too.

They typically do have some reflective material, but the more the better. Also, many tractor trailers have a bar on bottom at the back of the trailer – obviously to block a car from going under. That should be required for any large vehicle, and at a minimum, to have a bunch of reflective traffic cones all around.
