ICYMI: Why Am I Not Seeing All Whatsapp Statuses?

Over the past 10 or so days, many readers have been complaining they don’t see all our Whatsapp status updates.

TLS has done research on the matter, and it appears to only be affecting iPhone users at this time.

If you are an iPhone user, the only time you will receive status updates, is when you are actually in the app. If your Whatsapp app is shut when the update is posted, you will not be able to view it. It does not appear to be affecting Whatsapp web.

It appears this bug happened during a recent Whatsapp update, and we do not have a way around it at this time.

TLS has also reached out to Whatsapp about the issue.
