What started out as a small local initiative via a post on TLS, has turned into a full-blown program.

The new initiative started just a few days ago: Groups of children get together in different neighborhoods each evening to say Tehilim, and after saying 3 Kapitalach of Tehillim, they receive a treat.

“There are now over 200 groups around the country!!” the organizers wrote to TLS.

As of tonight, Tehillim will be at 6:30 PM. The program will start with a story by Rabbi Eli Scheller, followed by Tehillim and a Trey for each child.
