Mark your calendars for the 2025 Project Inspire Convention: Unlocked, a transformative experience designed to empower, uplift, and inspire every Jew. This year’s convention, themed Unlock the Inspired YOU, Unlock Access to All of Klal Yisroel, and Unlock the True YOU, promises an unparalleled journey of personal and spiritual growth.
Every year Project Inspire runs a deluxe Shabbaton for the frum community, aimed at inspiring participants to join its mission to connect and unite Jews of all backgrounds. Tens of thousands of people have come away uplifted and galvanized to reach out and share the beauty and wisdom of Judaism with Jews who may not have been privileged to enjoy a Torah education.
“What you see on the flyers is exciting, but it doesn’t even come close to capturing the fascinating ideas, spiritual boost, networking, and new friendships that emerge from the convention,” says Rabbi Yossie Friedman, Project Inspire’s Executive Director. “Ultimately, this convention is about the people attending—it’s about you.”
The convention this March hosts a riveting lead speaker: Rabbi Berel Lazar, Chief Rabbi of Russia. Rabbi Lazar moved to Moscow in 1990 and has been the Chief Rabbi since 2000, a job that requires high-wire diplomacy in addition to Jewish outreach. He serves as a powerful advocate and spokesperson for the Jewish community, maintaining friendly relations with Vladimir Putin, and striving to foster Judaism while combatting rising anti-Semitism in Russia and Europe. He will share his tales from the Russian trenches, where he works to foster Jewish observance and combat rising anti-Semitism in Russia and Europe.
Rabbi Lazar will be joined by a diverse lineup of equally captivating speakers. The legendary Steve Gar is a South African-born elite counterterrorism specialist serving both in the Israeli army and as a Jewish educator, a warrior battling to ensure both the physical and spiritual survival of the Jewish people. Similarly, Shannon Nuszen, once an evangelical Christian on a mission to convert Jews, founded an anti-missionary organization called Beyneynu following her conversion to Judaism. Through Beyneynu, she unmasks and derails missionary initiatives in Israel.
Mrs. Dina Schoonmaker, who teaches at Michlahah Jerusalem College, is a highly sought-after lecturer and relationship counselor who will bring her Torah knowledge and insight to our guests. Convention participants can also look forward to entertainment from Jewish music superstar Baruch Levine, who joins us fresh from the release of his newest album Off the Record 3.
This year’s convention is unique in that kiruv professionals will be joining us to connect our participants to outreach opportunities such as one-on-one learning or joining a Shabbaton in a growing community. Over the years, Project Inspire has built an army of outreach, and this year’s convention promises to increase those ranks by many hundreds, offering real options to turn inspiration into action!
Join us at the premier event in the frum community for empowering Jews to step up to the plate and share our treasured heritage with our less-connected brethren. You’re guaranteed to come away inspired and involved!
March 7-9 at the Armon Hotel in Stamford, CT.
