VIDEO: Lakewood First Aid has just transported two victims to the Hospital after being shot on East 5th Street and Mannetta Avenue. One victim was shot in the chest and the other in the lower back. Police immediately swarmed the area in search of two suspects. Detectives and CIU
are on the scene investigating.
The motive of the shooting is unknown at this time.
The victims were both transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center with Monoc Medics on board.
UPDATE: The victims, a food delivery man and customer, were robbed of their money and food.

Why on earth are we still building townhouses and new developments in these neighborhoods? You are putting your life and the lives of your children at risk! You might as well send to public school, you are already living amongst them.

Good job LPD!! This town is nuts but you sure are quick. I can’t even understand why someone would shoot another. It’s just a question of how long it will take for them to be caught. Will it take a few hours,a day,week or even months. In the end they will get caught!! I couldn’t for the life of mine understand a shooter though to begin with so I guess logic can’t be a factor over here.
