I think maybe it’s worth mentioning that lately every Friday evening there is all kinds of construction going on near the nine and also in other places and because of that we are getting a lot of strangers who are not familiar with the Jewish people in Lakewood and they are simply on our side roads only because the nine is shut down.

Huh, just Friday??? The stretch from rt 9 north toward east which is Cedar st. is an endless construction zone. Literally 2 years they’ve closed this stretch and never even warn people beforehand.

Can anyone shed light onto what the purpose of all this road construction is?

Huh? If it was a somewhat of a benefit just explain what its about. Name calling just proves that its not what it appears to be.

I’m obviously not familiar with this incident, however I beg everyone to take a reflector even if you leave the house during the day, if you will possibly be out when it gets dark. (Very early these days). It can save your life!!!

Correct on the reflectors!!
FYI the accident happened directly under the lights placed at the railroad crossing for construction purposes and was very well lit.
