Two people were injured Saturday night following a serious two-vehicle UTV crash in Manchester Township.

At approximately 10:10 p.m. on October 18, 2025, Manchester Township Police responded to the area of Pasadena Road and Webbs Mill Road for a report of a collision involving two Polaris UTVs.

Responding officers found one black Polaris UTV that had struck a tree, sustaining extensive front-end damage, and a second green Polaris UTV overturned after colliding with the rear of the first vehicle. Two adults were found at the scene with significant injuries.

An investigation revealed that both UTVs were traveling south on Webbs Mill Road side by side when the black Polaris abruptly veered off the trail, crashing head-on into a tree. The green Polaris, following closely behind, then struck the rear of the black UTV and overturned.

The driver of the black Polaris was identified as 53-year-old John Kabouchy of Jackson, and his passenger as 51-year-old Jennifer Wilczynski of Jackson. The green Polaris was driven by 31-year-old Andrew Kutchens of Whiting.

Emergency personnel treated both Andrew and Jennifer at the scene before transporting them to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Both are currently listed in stable condition.

Assisting at the scene were EMTs from the Manchester Township Division of Emergency Services, paramedics from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Accurate Towing.

The crash remains under investigation by Ptl. Gainey of the Manchester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit.
