HELPING WOMEN IN THE WORKFORCE

ROCHEL LEBOWITZ -EOS TOOLS, HELP BUSINESS OWNERS GET MORE PEACE OF MIND+ THEIR LIFE BACK

is a third-generation female entrepreneur. Since the age of 10, she worked at her family’s business and got the business onto the ecommerce platform. But the most interesting part was observing the employees when the boss wasn’t around.

Her mission has always been to empower others to think and live independently.

Fast forward to 2015, her husband and her acquired a flexible packaging printing business. They were doing well but inevitably, with the rapid growth, it felt like the wheels were falling off the bus. In 2018 They implemented EOS, a system that has helped her husband and her find the calm in the chaos of running their flexible packaging business.

They have since grown three times in revenue and from 30-100 employees and most importantly got her life and marriage back.

As a partner in business, Rachel got a unique vantage point into the day-to-day stress and struggles of running a company.

Rachel is passionate about sharing those EOS tools, to help other business owners get more peace of mind and your life back!
