The Toms River Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man suspected of burglarizing multiple vehicles in the Township.
“During the early morning hours of Monday November 13, 2017, a man was captured on video surveillance entering several cars in the Tallymawr section of North Toms River. Vehicles on Brentwood Avenue and Benjamin Street were targeted.
The male was observed exiting the pictured vehicle that is parked on the street, which is believed to be a light colored Chevy Tahoe or a Yukon. It possibly is missing the molding on the driver’s side. The male is wearing a hooded sweatshirt, ripped jeans and light colored shoes. There is a second person in the vehicle which pulls away after the male exited. Residents are reminded to keep their vehicle doors locked at all times.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective James Carey at 732-349-0150 Ext 1292 or at [email protected].”
Is this the same man who burglarized many cars down 14th Street and off Miller Road on three different nights appx.two weeks ago?
