We regret to inform you of the sudden and tragic Petirah of Shea Zilbershlag Z”L.
Shea Z”L was orginally from Brooklyn, and resided in Lakewood since approximately 2009. He was 31.
Shea Z”L was a friend to many in the community, and served as a Lakewood First Aid member for some time.
He leaves behind two young children.
Levaya information will be updated once confirmed.

UPDATE: The Levaya will take place at 4:30 PM today at Chevra Kadisha Mortuaries, 7836 Santa Monica Blvd, California.
The Aron will then be brought to Lakewood for the Levaya and Kevura. The Levaya in Lakewood will tentatively take place at 11:00 AM Thursday.

So So Sad!
This is shocking and tragic news. Shea was a dear friend of mine as well as many people in our community. Although he was not living in town the last few years he always kept in contact with me and others.
We will all miss him. May he be a mailitz yosher for all.
BDE We grew up together. Exceptionally nice guy and family. May HKBH give them the strength to move forward, and be menachem them.
Why doesn’t TLC start posting a picture of the person. Many people might know, a person who passed away, by face, but not by name.
