Is he related to Fastens in Toms River?
I just found out yes, BDE!
Why all the thumbs-downs?!?! If you’re trying to say he shouldn’t ask publicly, or that it doesn’t have to be public info or something similar, that’s one question, and you can write it out. But otherwise, it looks weird.
Think twice before hitting the thumbs. Unless it’s obvious what you’re trying to say is obvious, don’t say it!!! (We don’t know what you’re trying to say.) You are not obligated to hit the thumbs button!

BDE- I know this Beautiful family.
Nice, Erlecha people.
Hashem has taken away 8 pure and innocent Bachurim…
3 accidents, 6 months…..
What is going on?!
Our actions directly affect the Hanhaga from Shamayim.
When are we going to wake up and make serious changes?!
Something is off!
BDE
May his Neshama have an Aliya
Time to stop living in denial and FACE REALITY and accept Hashem’s wake up call for serious Teshuva and Achdus together as one loving nation so Hashem can send Mashiach already b’karov and the niftar can be together with us in Yerushalayim
It’s not always about Love and Achdus. We are all descendants of the minority that broke off and isolated with a zero tolerance stance towards the majority at its time. We need true Torah leadership in these very confusing times.
What break off are you talking about? Talk for yourself.
First of all, relax. No need to be so triggered on the drop of a dime.
Reform and conservative at their times seemed like subtle changes with otherwise Talmeidi Chachomim behind their cause. But, we are all the descendants that follows the Chasam Sofer and others who took a zero tolerance stance.
We are now living in times where the majority of those among us no longer take the words of our Torah leaders seriously. To the point, that nearly no Gadal expresses themselves openly to the public.
Is he related to fasten from far Rockaway
where and when is the lavaya are they going to have it on livestream
May the family have nechemna. Lakewood, our driving is atrocious. Nothing mystical or hidden here. By the way don’t blame the town for creating the situation.Because even though it’s true , we are still responsible for how we drive. This means YOU and ME not the other guy.
This didn’t actually happen in Lakewood, so your comment was irrelevant and unnecessarily hurtful
What does your statement have to do with this terrible tragedy?? It was not in Lakewood. Your statement may be accurate for a different time and place. NOT when a young bother is killed in the prime of his life outside of Lakewood. This tragedy has nothing to do with Lakewood driving!
The face of Batsheva when she realizes she cursed out lakewood for no good reason…
What’s his mother’s name?

Terrible, Unthinkable,
The Fastens are mostly Belzer Chasidim.
Was Elchonon ז״ל a great grandson of R’ Nechemia Gutter ז״ל from Bobov?
His grandmother Fasten is a Gutter.
this is not normal!!!!
moshiach is coming now this is a sign!!!
these accidents dont just happen!
8 buchrim! bde!!!
may we all see moshiach very soon!
How is this a sign that Moshiach is coming? I agree we await him every day, but how is this a sign?
this is not a thin that just happens
and i feel like hashem is sending us a sign!
Oey I thought so. His grandparents the Fastens are very big Tzadikim as well as his parents and Elchonon ז״ל himself , very chushiver people!
While I was engaged 41 years ago: His great grandfather R’Gutter ( whom was very close to R’Shlomo of Bobov) whom had a jewelry booth on 47 st used to bring home to Boro Park the most beautiful Jewelry for my Kallah to pick out; whenever I went to my Kallah in Lakewood he used to give me a full bag of beautiful jewelry to take to Lakewood of which he trusted me, till the chasunah every time I went to Lakewood to see her I never came empty; I already had my business and used my own money. Those were the Tzadikim of yesterday. R’Gutter lived till 100, whenever I go to my parents I visit his matzeiva as well.
A terrible tragedy loss.
