Traffic Backed Up On Madison Avenue After Construction Company Blows Traffic Light Power

TRAFFIC ALERT: 9:00 a.m. If possible, avoid the area of 4th and Madison Avenue this morning as the traffic lights are out due to a construction company which mistakenly cut the wires while working in the area. Police are on scene directing the morning rush-hour traffic.

It does not help that they are tearing up Monmouth Ave. at the same time. A traffic nightmare today.
