The accident happened shortly after 2:00 PM.
Power outages are reported in the area.
Avoid the area and expect extensive delays for cleanup and repairs.

Wow! This REALLY is SOME news! Very unusual and rare occurrence. Hope all are ok and learned a valuable lesson.
It appears to me that the traffic is moving at about 2 mph. I am not sure how an accident can happen at 2 mph???

presumably, some fellow thought he was smart and tried to zoom on the shoulder around the many cars waiting to turn left. didn’t work out too well for him though.
this intersection needs a light with a dedicated left turning lane and light!
For the past year vehicle flips were the in thing seems like utility poles is the new drug of choice
Can a traffic light please be put up there? And maybe the road fixed in all 3 directions!
What does it take to get something like this done and how many decades will it be?
