Traffic Alert: Jack-Knifed Tractor Trailer Causing Heavy Delays In Staten Island

The accident – involving a tractor trailer and a car – is at Bradley Avenue on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway, and is blocking most lanes.

The accident has traffic backed up for miles Brooklyn-bound, and is causing rubber-necking delays NJ bound.
