  1. Could the repairs have been done “off hours” either in the evening or at 11am so that it would not impact hundreds of people? Does anyone even consider the many commuters when deciding to shut down lanes. My commute today took me close to one hour what should’ve taken 11 minutes. Waze kept rerouting me but there were no better routes. Pine was terribly backed up, MLK was backed up, the 9 was a parking lot. Just like highway accidents are cleared super quick, accidents on the local main roads need to be dealt with the same way. It’s becoming more and more difficult to traverse this town!
