Lakewood Township Mobile311 citizen website has updated the site to allow township residents to communicate directly with the Department of Public Works regarding non-emergency requests and concerns.Citizens can access the site from a computer, phone, or tablet at http://lakewood.mobile311.com. Citizens accessing the site from a phone or tablet can save the site as an icon, essentially making it an app.
Citizens can create an account, log in, and report issues to Lakewood Township Department of Public Works. Issues are automatically converted to work requests and routed to the Department of Public Works. Citizens and Lakewood Township employees can attach photos and notes to their requests. Users can track th e status of their requests and view comments entered by the Department of Public Works in response to their request.
The following items are now available to be reported using the site:

• Brush Pickup
• Metal Pickup
• E-Waste Pickup (Electronics)
• Pothole Repair
Anyone knows a clear and easy wat to download the app I went to the township website it told me to go to Mobile311.com I went there and it didn’t help I tried finding it on the App Store it wasn’t there

There is no app. When you are on the website you can click the options tab on your browser and push add to home screen. That will put an icon on your home screen which might look like an app.
