    UEZ funds are not only for Downtown . They are for ciommercial activity in all parts of the UEZ . Some people who have stores in downtown want it used only there

  6. Can you add the topic of illegal street vendors to the list of items? The sale of food from push (shopping) carts on the street is disgusting and should be outlawed!
