TONIGHT: Yeshiva Minchas Aharon 2nd Annual Parlor Meeting

The ruach that a visitor to Yeshiva Minchas Aharon of Lakewood senses as he enters the portals of this wonderful makom Torah is noticed immediately. It’s an energy that comes from a group of bnei aliyah engaged in limud haTorah and avodah under the guidance of the yeshiva’s beloved rosh yeshiva. The yeshiva opened last year under the leadership of Rav Yehoshua Eisenberg, longtime former rosh chaburah at Bais Medrash Govoah. For years, the members of Rav Eisenberg’s chaburah, benefitted from his klorkeit in learning. Today, the bochurim of his bais medrash-level yeshiva benefit similarly, enriched by his scintillating shiurim, while guided by his careful hadracha. Rav Eisenberg maintains a close kesher with each bochur in the yeshiva, and his demeanor and middos tovos render him a perfect role model for these growing bnei Torah.

The atmosphere of the yeshiva is enhanced by a group of eight outstanding yungeleit, whose ahavas haTorah and bren greatly influence the bais medrash bochurim.

The second seder sho’el umeishiv is Rav Yisroel Newman, rosh chaburah at Bais Medrash Govoah’s Bais Shalom Bais Medrash. The sho’el umeishivs are Rav Moshe Waxman and Rav Shloime Newman.

The resonant Kol Torah at Yeshiva Minchas Aharon is surely a sign of things to come, as the yeshiva continues providing the perfect atmosphere for its talmidim to shteig in, giving them a foundation for future advancement as bnei Torah and talmidei chachomim.
