[COMMUNICATED] Every girl remembers that space of time in which she lived in uncertainty; graduated from high school or seminary, and suddenly the question of “What will I be when I grow up?” becomes too real. The decision process is excruciating and complicated. There are many factors to consider, many of them personal, some of them practical logistics. The pressure is real and the urgency is understood. So many of life’s experiences are weighing on this gargantuan decision, and young women need all the support they can get in choosing the career of their future.

Raizel Reit, a mother and activist in our community, saw the need for more guidance. Today, she hosts a Career Night under the umbrella of her company, TTI, for these women at the close of the school year. Girls and their mothers, their friends and family members can learn about the most current career opportunities attractive to women today. The program includes presentations of the fields available to a woman, and the processes of reaching those goals. Only fields that are appropriate to the Bas Yisroel of today are discussed, and pathways that are acceptable are recommended. Exclusive presentations by PCS, CandiBots and Wayfind will be given, fully addressing a young woman’s needs.

As this event has become more popular over the years, more space is needed to accommodate the burgeoning crowds.

The Lakewood event will be hosted by BitBean, 1776 Avenue of the States Unit 301, Today, June 23rd.

Refreshments from Gots Coffee and Cookie Corner will be served.  

Doors open at 7:30 PM, and the hour long program begins at 8:00 PM.
