A special event commemorating the publication of Sefer Koveitz Parshios, a compilation of Rav Elchonon Wasserman Zt”l’s work on the Parshios and Moadim, will be held in Lakewood this evening. The new Sefer culminates years of work by Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon in Eretz Yisroel, which was established l’ilui nishmas Rav Elchonon by his son, Rav Simcha Wasserman Zt”l.
The Sefer will have a limited distribution at the parlor meeting on behalf of Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon, which will take place at 8:30 PM at the home of Reb Shimon Zeldes, 1100 14th Street. Rabbi Zeldes hails from Baranovich and has been a stalwart supporter of Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon throughout the years.
Ohr Elchonon’s senior Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Moshe Chodosh Shlita, along with Lakewood Rabbonim and Askonim, will headline the event. The Mirrer Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Elya Brudny Shlita, will be the guest speaker.
A hot buffet will be served.

Reb Shimon Zeldes’s father, Reb Nochum, comes from Baranovich. Reb nochums father was a Maggid Shiur by Reb Elchonon, and also his land lord.
