The LRRC and STEPS, in conjunction with Lakewood Township, are hosting an open house for home buyers on Monday evening, October 31, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Public Works Complex.

The venue is open, giving attendees the opportunity to interact with the lenders and learn about the various programs that are being offered. Programs include: options for lower down payment requirements with no PMI, discounted interest rates and grants.
