Toms River DMV Shut After Employee Tests Positive

The Toms River MVC facility has been closed after an employee tested positive for coronavirus.

State officials say the location will remain closed until Tuesday, December 22nd, after all MVC employees come out of the quarantine period.

If you have something to take care of at the DMV, check the state’s website first to see if you can do it online.

If you need to take care of business in person, keep in mind that numerous MVC locations throughout New Jersey are currently closed due to Covid-19 infections.

The current list of closed facilities are: Toms River, Cherry Hill, Medford, Springfield, Randolph, Eatontown, Flemington, Newark, Trenton, North Bergen, and Freehold.
