13. I’m not such a big mayven but every meshulach should have a picture on his ishur. At least thats how its done in Baltimore.This creep is walking around with an expired ishur. So simply the vaad should retain a picture of every meshulach they validate, and if the needs arises they can publicize it. But it does make you wonder, how did this character get an Ishur in the first place? I say the whole system stinks. NO ONE should get an ishur without at least 3 Rabbonim willing to personally guarantee his authenticity. Sounds extreme, maybe but my door bell will ring a heck of alot less if there are some teeth in the vetting process.

17. Yes, last night one of these guys wasnt happy with the $10 donation from one of my neighbors, so he walked into their house chasing her into the kitchen demanding. After he finally left because she was screaming at him, another one came in with similar demands. My wife says they came out of an suv or some think like that, and I suspect that one of these drivers is orchestrating this new approach.

    She called the lcsw, but I say If someone walks in to your house without permission demanding money you have to call the cops!! You and your family are at risk, and there is serious safety and security concerns (especially if your husband is not home).

    I would appreciate others opinion and counsel in this scenario.
