Toma Real Estate Receives Beautification Award For New Building On County Line Road

P5200812(Photos of awards in extended article) Last night, Toma Real Estate Service, received a beautification award from the Lakewood Shade Tree Commission for enhancing the appearance of their new building, located at 910 County Line Road, across the road from Kosher Village. Mike Stillwell of the Lakewood Shade Tree Commission spoke about the efforts made by private businesses in enhancing the beauty of Lakewood and that the Township wanted to recognize those businesses and individuals for their efforts. This is the first year that these awards are being given out. Each recipient received an engraved Crystal toma award 2commemorating the award from Mike Stillwell. Mayor Steven Langert then gave the proclamation (see below full wording). It was accompanied by New Jersey State Citation of recognition.

This proclamation by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, New Jersey, that the governing body and citizens of Lakewood presents this Proclamation to

Whereas, the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood deem it fitting and proper to publicly recognize the outstanding efforts made by organizations in helping beautify our Township; and
Whereas, it is the inherent beauty and harmony of the human spirit which enables man to enrich his life by Recognizing and appreciating the beauty of his surrounding; and
Whereas, TOMA Real Estate, NINE TEN East County Line Road has Displayed community spirit and a willingness to enhance the beauty of their property that demonstrates a strong sense of civic pride.
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved, that I, Steven Langert, Mayor of Lakewood Township, offer congratulations of the entire Lakewood Township Committee to the TOMA Real Estate for receiving the 2010 Beautification Award by the Township of Lakewood. Your Achievement reflects itself in the pride of the Community.

  1. Who is the owner, lets get him involved in more projects. Perhaps we can get a grant for those who receive these rewards, to receive some funds to offset the cost. This town needs whatever help it can get.
