A toddler was airlifted to the hospital this afternoon after receiving burns from a cup of coffee, officials told TLS.
The two-year-old girl reportedly reached for a hot coffee on the counter, causing it to spill onto her, an official said.
Hatzolah Paramedics treated the child at her home, and then transported her to a waiting helicopter at the stadium. She was airlifted to Saint Barnabas Burn Center in Livingston, New Jersey, with non life-threatening injuries, the official said.
Police are investigating the incident, though the accident appears to be accidental, the official said.

Just Askin, I am glad someone understood my point. I was not trying to be funny and I apologize for offending anyone. But did anyone else notice the post regarding the new regulations regarding car seats? It seems some politicians will exploit any tragedy to impose new rules on everyone regardless of reality.
Obviously car seats are essential and I won’t drive if my kids are not buckled in properly but I simply cannot force my 15 month old in a rear facing car seat. He just doesn’t fit. There is no room to put his feet!!
My seven year old will sit in a seatbelt but not a booster seat. I am sure I am not the only one that wants to live within the law but finds it increasingly difficult to do so as the laws become more and more restrictive.
