According to the kitzur shulchan uruch one can bathe in the morning before chatzos – just wondering why this says otherwise

I spoke to Rabbi Neustadt. He told me that this chart is a work in progress that necessitates more editing.

As other have pointed out, cleaning ladies are allowed all day on Tisha Beav, and on Erev Shabbos showers for Shabbos are allowed all day.
