Expressing your perspective defines who you are and shows that you have the confidence to keep your thoughts on the table. Of course there are ways to disagree respectfully.

It’s okay to be passionate about your opinions, but at the same, respect other opinions as well.

I’m guessing these people are adults. Are their social skills so lacking?
