Does this mean no busing for those of us that have board of Ed buses?
Yes. Exactly what that means.
All school should be closed tomorrow
Well then all schools should be canceled. They asked that cars stay off the road so they can clean it properly, adding traffic of carpool is far from smart in this weather. They canceled garbage pick up too. If it’s not safe for garbage trucks to be around it’s not safe for our kids!
Is SCHI open tomorrow? Thanks
#boycottsnow!
how can they cancel school when it didn’t even START to snow?? what if it’s a false alarm and the snow doesn’t come? strange to cancel before a snowflake is seen, nor does it smell from snow in the air at all ??? just wondering????
Decisions shouldn’t be made til early a.m. hours!!!
I’m with Common sense. If there’s no bussing and bad weather, cancel all schools. The Rebbe’s and teachers need another vacation anyway, right after mid-winter vacation.
weather.gov reports a 100% chance of snow. They may not be accurate on 6 – 9 inches… but based on standard patterns… it is certainly going to snow and heavy.
Yeah, They are pretty good about it. they get the snow right about 43% of the time.
