UPDATED – VIDEO: OSTREICHER SPEAKS FOLLOWING HEARING: After nearly a three hour hearing, the three-judge panel in the Bolivia Vs Ostreicher case has ordered the case be referred back to the original judge to review evidence, according to Ostreicher’s supporters’ website.
A new hearing is expected to be scheduled within days.
The hearing is essentially the 28th time Ostreicher was denied justice.

I am shocked about the ongoing blatant disregard from the United States Government regarding the case of Jacob Ostriecher. Jacob has been imprisoned for over a year now for a crime that he did not commit. Many high ranking officials in the Bolivian Government were arrested due to the corruption in his case. Jacob has become ill because of this whole saga. He has many children and grandchildren that want to know when their devoted father, brother, grandfather, and husband will be coming home. As a resident in your district, I respectfully request that you look into this matter thoroughly. In addition, we have yet to hear a word in Jacob’s defense from this Administration. Please contact President Obama and Secretary Clinton to have this matter immediately looked into.
